As humans, we all strive to find our purpose, meaning, and direction. Sometimes, we turn to a higher power or faith to guide us. As a Christian, I believe in the power of God's guidance and how it can shape our lives. However, I also know that the journey to finding complete guidance is not an easy one. It requires self-reflection, accountability, and hard work. In this blog, we will explore the journey of discovering God's guidance and how we can navigate the challenges that come with it.
As people who know that there is a God, and a one God He is 😊, we believe that God has a plan for our lives. We rely on His guidance to lead us towards our calling and purpose—which calling and purpose BTW is also all about Him😜... however, it's important to acknowledge that we can't fully surrender ourselves to God's guidance if we are still clinging onto our flesh and its desires. We need to understand that and get rid of them to make room for God's guidance to actually work in our lives.
If you're reading this then you already know that the journey to finding complete guidance is not an easy one. It requires self-reflection, accountability, and hard work. It's a process of constantly evaluating our thoughts, actions, and motives. We need to ask ourselves tough questions like "What am I truly seeking?" or "Why am I making this decision?" and hold ourselves accountable to the answers.
Sometimes, we may feel like we're not entirely guided by God. It's normal to experience doubts or moments of weakness in our faith-God journey. However, if you've read any of my other blog post then you know that we should never give up on our goal of surrendering and learning obedience. We must continue to do the hard work and heavy lifting required to get us closer to our goal.
Through the journey, we must also remember that we are not alone. We need to surround ourselves with a supportive community people that encourages us to grow in our faith. We can also seek out mentors or leaders who can guide us and offer wisdom.
The journey to finding complete guidance to God-faith can be challenging, but it's a journey worth taking. We must be completely willing to do the hard work of self-reflection, accountability, and surrender. We may face doubts or moments of weakness, but we must keep our eyes fixed on our goal of learning obedience. With a supportive community and guidance from good people and leaders, we can navigate through the challenges and find our way to God's guidance. #Godfaith #selfreflection #truthseeker
